Hi I’m Gloria McGriff, I just completed my closing with NACA. I just went through NACA’s program to buy a home and I was interested in the program because of their benefits, no down payment, no closing costs, no perfect credit and below-market interest rate. I was in the program for a year and a half and it is worth it. So if you want to buy a house, you should definitely get into the program. My house that I purchased is $270,990, My interest rate is 6.75%, and my monthly mortgage is $2,526. I am so excited, and I think you would like it too if you went through this program.
