We were referred by a friend who bought a house through NACA.  We began the process and realized quickly that this was the right program for us.  What was appealing to us is you don’t have to have a lot of money saved for closing costs, that the insurance is paid for by NACA, no down payments required.  You do have to have patience and make sure you keep all your documents together because you will be asked to provide them over and over.  This is great program, 100% worth the time and patience.  We now have accomplished our dream of being a homeowner!! I would recommend this program to a lot of people.  You can accomplish your goal of being a homeowner!
