This NACA process has been a roller coaster. But I tell you it’s the best thing that’s happened to me.  Before now I would not believe a flyer that stated no closing costs, no down payment, and credit isn’t an issue.  The Augusta office was very helpful and very knowledgeable of this process.  Ms. Helen, Mr. Bent, and Ms. Green held my hand through this process providing updates, and giving me hope when I was ready to give up. My realtor Ms. Carolyn Johnson was a joy to work with.  i could pick up the phone at anytime and she would answer my any and all questions.  Ms. Carolyn helped me obtain an affordable home loan with builders incentive to help me buy interest rate down.  Just the love and care that NACA and Ms Carolyn showed me gives them 5 stars. I would recommend this program to anyone.  Thank you NACA for making me a homeowner!!!  My interest rate is 2.375%. My affordable mortgage is “$818”.  YAY!!!!
