We started the NACA process in Oct ’15.  After many hold ups (none NACA’s fault) from moving across state, and waiting to find a job, then waiting on our one year anniversary at the job – much hard work from ourselves and our counselor, we were approved right away.  We found a home immediately, and thanks to our awesome realtor and counselor, we were under contract immediately.  there were minimal hold ups, but we closed!  So thankful we had such a helpful, responsive counselor.
