I am closing on my house. I found a house in Euclid, OH. I was already a resident in Euclid and now I’ll be able to have a home in Euclid so my boys can continue their schooling in Euclid and I was able to purchase it for $125,000 and my interest rate is 4.87 % so super excited about the lower than market interest rate and it is a three bedroom and it has a basement it’s just a beautiful home. It’s my home. So I’m excited.  Overall just a great experience. It was great. My NACA Realtor really came through and made something that I didn’t think was possible a dream now becoming a reality so thank you so much I appreciate it I am forever grateful and I’m excited to get my keys.
