Initially we heard about the program back in 2018 through a church member and once we saw that there was no down payment that was a big factor for us. No closing costs and then of course the interest rates. My interest rates is 2.1% and currently our mortgage Payment, insurance and taxes. All together is only $783 a month. Before we moved in.
