I am closing today in the Dallas NACA office. I purchased a home in Dallas for $310k with an interest rate of 5.75%  My counselor is Carl Williams, as well as Cassanda Chargois. My realtor is Chloe Burton. There are many benefits to this program, but for me, the most significant is the down payment and the help on the closing costs. Without it, during a time where inflation is high and it’s just really hard to pay for average things like groceries and gas, this would have been impossible for me. And the best advice to future NACA buyers is to give yourself more than enough time to move.  But finally I got it done in the last six months!
