Almanzar – Single
I just like everyone in this country, had a dream of someday owning my own home. I started the process with NACA by going first to the information seminar and I was intrigued. I was assigned a counselor who gave me information as well as the steps to qualify towards the purchase of my own home. I went through the process and then was then transferred to another counselor. My new counselor’s name is Alma Martinez and I am extremely grateful to her because she guided me to the rest of the process and to help me get approved to start searching for my house. I had to learn several things throughout the steps with NACA, such as manage my finances better, credit education like what does my credit score means the negative as well as the positive accounts. I had to adjust my budget keep and pay my bills in a timely manner. The house search was not very easy and it is a seller’s market and not everyone is aware of the NACA process. I still did not loose my faith and my dream of owning a house. I found my house and was extremely excited to finally get my closing date.
The day of my closing date was the most incredible day of my existence and the beginning of my new title homeowner.
I am so happy and grateful to NACA for helping me realize my dream of becoming a homeowner.
