I’m feeling really excited to close on my home today. I’m very excited to finally start owning a home and not renting anymore. I have bad, plenty of bad experiences with landlords. I feel like I’m ready and responsible for this new home. My interest rate is 5.375%. My sales price is $179,900. My monthly payment is $1,567.
