I was introduced to NACA in February 2015, by a friend of mine, who heard of the NACA program but, regret he brought his first home before he knew the program existed. He encouraged me to not make the same mistake and to at least attend a workshop.  Which I did attend and decided that it was a great program. It’s was a difficulty process. There many times that I wanted to give up because the process was so tedious and there was so much paperwork.  But I stuck through it and on January 2016, a little less that a year later, I became a first time homeowner of a 2 family house in Brooklyn with an interest rate of 1.65%. Without being introduced to NACA I would have never gotten such a low interest rate and did not have to pay absolutely no closing cost or lawyer fees because they are all covered by NACA. I was blessed and I thank God for NACA.  Thank you
