I started my NACA experience in August 2016.  There were a few items that I needed to ensure were in order prior to moving forward.  Over several months, I had some challenges, but in the end it was all worth it! I now have a beautiful three story town home for me and my children.  My 30 year fixed interest rate is 2.75% which saves me almost $500 month on what I was paying to rent.  NACA is an awesome program!  Stay the course and be patient!
