A friend of mine told me about NACA as I was looking at purchasing.  I went to the initial seminar and was excited about the cost savings possible.  Even though there was a lot of paperwork involved, NACA walked me through everything and explained the whole process to a first time home buyer.  I wouldn’t choose to buy a house any other way.  NACA has saved me a lot of money – No down payment!  No PMI!
