We had a good experience, our loan consultant Barbara Lowery was thorough and helpful.  Sylvia was also very helpful with phone calls and answering all questions.  Overall, NACA is a great program that helped us buy a home for our family.  It was a long process but in the end it was worth the wait to have a very low interest rate and other great savings.
