I am excited, but nervous of closing today. I am purchasing a (multifamily) property for $650k with an interest rate of 5.125% with a monthly payment of $4,208. I want to thank my partner, my agent, my parents who came to help me close and move. They are really amazing people who got me through the process. And I got my keys today!
