Riggsbee – Single

I began the NACA program in November 2015 and I was qualified in January 2016 however because I didn’t save my payment shock, I had to wait 3 months to re-qualify.  I think this is the best mortgage.  It took patience and was worth it because I have a 30 yr. fixed mortgage at 3.25% and I did not have to put any money down.  Anything worth having is worth waiting for.
