Hello, my name is Tamesha Mills. I’m getting ready to close on a three bedroom house here in Lakeland, Florida. I wanna give a thank you to the NACA program. I don’t know what I  would have done without them. It would be impossible. I also wanna thank my counselor at NACA, my realtor Tanisha. I was also got a $50,000 grant from the city of Lakeland, which also helped me purchase this house. NACA is a great program and I would encourage anybody to utilize this program. There is no down payment, no PMI. And if you go through NACA, your dream of becoming a homeowner will definitely come true
