Hello everyone, my name is Titiana. I just closed with NACA with a mortgage payment of $1,287.61 (principal & interest) with an interest rate of 5.75%. I feel like my experience with NACA has been great and I feel like with the program they definitely offer a lot of benefits for low-income individuals, even high income individuals. You really just have to go through the process and experience it for yourself. Everyone’s experience may be different than mine. I feel like I had a quick, easy process. You guys just have to go through it and I am grateful for the NACA experience. Thank you.
