Hello…. Me name is Raven Humphrey, I’m a single of mother of 2 children and I recently closed on the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1116 sq ft Townhouse on Chicago’s Southside. I had the help of NACA in purchasing my 1st home. They made it a simple and affordable transaction…really! NACA Hand department was very supportive and informative even though my unit had been rehabbed by the seller and pretty much move in ready. In the end I closed on my property April 29, 2016 at 2.375% interest and my mortgage payments are about 1/3 less than what was paying in rent!
