I would just like to thank everyone at NACA that assisted us with our mortgage loan to purchase our new home.  We had a great experience from start to finish from the application process to negotiations and closing on our new home.  But mostly I want to state the fact that there is nowhere else you can get a loan to purchase a home and not worry about paying closing costs and down payments and still get the lowest interest rate possible.  NACA also pays closing costs that benefit the seller which was crucial in our situation because that encouraged them (the sellers) to negotiate with us rather than other buyers that did not have that benefit in a multiple offer situation.
