I really appreciate a program of this nature that is committed to assisting people with making homeownership possible.  The process is very extensive which I understand is necessary to ensure accuracy.  Our experience with the NACA employees were very good, they were always professional and friendly.  Patience, perseverance, and politeness are needed to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  It is well worth the wait!  Anything that is worthwhile takes work.
