My process was fairly quick. I would say I attended the home buyers workshop May 2021. I had my first appointment August 26th, 2021 and I was qualified by April home search May 1st clothes, August 30th. I have three bedrooms one bath. I have a deck in the back. It’s about a half of Acres. I locked in 4.5% interest rate and so my mortgage and everything together is 1169 which was lower than what I was paying for a one bedroom apartment.
