We started the process of purchasing a home in March of 2006.  In September of 2015, we had started looking for a home using a different loan program.  After we had found a home we had wanted to purchase, we realized that the program that we were going to utilize had an income requirement, that we had exceeded and were therefore not qualified for that program.  When we were trying to decide what we were going to do, my wife’s cousin and our agent had both suggested the NACA program.  So, my wife and I decided to attend the NACA workshop. In February 2016.  Shortly thereafter, we started working with our mortgage counselor at NACA and started the process that led to our closing day of July 25, 2016.  The NACA program has given us the opportunity to own our own home at an interest rate far better than any other loan program available. Our agent, attorney, our MC and everyone at NACA have been fantastic and have worked hard to help us achieve this milestone in our lives.  Thanks and God bless to all involved and Thank God for NACA!!
