My experience was good.  There were a lot of moments I had questions or didn’t know what to do and Ken was there to help me through it all.  I think he has been one of the most patient people who has ever dealt with me and my million questions.  When I needed to vent, he was there, when I was confused about a step in the process, he was there, and if i changed my mind or had doubts, he was there!  I don’t know if I would have been able to get such a great deal without his help.  He understood what I wanted and he made it possible. Overall I think this process is worth all the challenges ups and downs, and emotional roller coaster because it is worth it in the end to walk into your own home!  thanks NACA for making my dreams come true!
