When I first went to the NACA website, I couldn’t believe that the interest rate was so reasonable.  After researching closing costs and PMI payments, I realized that NACA was a good program for an individual to purchase a home.  My first workshop with NACA was at a church and I was intrigued by the information given.  It took me a few weeks to gather my documents and then I came home.  I am very pleased with my counselor, Vanessa Mims and the amount of down payment I had to put down to purchase my home.  I would recommend the NACA program to everyone.  Thank you!
