Today I closed up my home in Decatur, Georgia. My purchase price was $225,000 and my interest was 5.875% and I pay only $1,800 a month for my mortgage and it was It was actually pretty simple. I just listened to my counselor and my real estate agent, both with NACA. They guided me through the whole process. They answered every single question that I had, even questions that I didn’t have were answered. Everyone was very thorough.  It’s been wonderful and I closed today. Me and my family we’re moving into our house today. it’s has just been a wonderful experience. NACA is truly a blessing. It really and truly is. Thank you so much.
