Our experience with NACA was a very satisfying one.  Our counselor was Michael, who was very professional and helpful every step of the way.  The process was lengthy at times, but very worth it.  If we could give new clients any advice, it would be to stick with the program and to provide any and all documents, as soon as requested.  Overall it has been a pleasure.
