I started my journey in July doing the home buyers seminar online and had my first appointment in August. Now it’s October 21st and it’s official, I have my keys!

My interest rate is at a 4%, I did put some money towards buying down my rate. I feel great, I’m excited for my first home.  Thank you NACA! Special shout out to Alia Bates who started me off right. My agent Whitney, my mortgage counselor, Sharlene. Even my closing attorney, Anna! Thank you all so much. This is a huge accomplishment.

I encourage everybody who is interested in purchasing a home to definitely check it out. Give it a good look over, it doesn’t hurt to just start the process. And then you can be in my position today!
