We truly believe that NACA is the best home purchasing program in the USA.  A co-worker who had all positive comments about how he purchased a home through NACA referred us.  We started the orientation process January 2014 and closed on our home on July 7, 2014.  If you can find a house in NACA’s price range, turn in/update your paperwork, and have patience to wait, you will be purchasing your home too! No down payment, no closing costs, and your evaluation is based on your individual circumstances without consideration of the credit score!  What more can you ask for? As a NACA member, we are presently celebrating almost two years in our home.  Our only regret is that we wish we had known about NACA sooner!
