NACA helped what seemed like a fantasy turn into a reality. More than a year ago I called Bank of America to start inquiring into purchasing a home. I expected I would need five thousand maybe 10 thousand dollars to purchase my first home, which is difficult for a single father of two growing children on a very tight income . I spoke to the lady in the loans department and she directed me to call NACA. That was a blessing sent from God himself. At first I was apprehensive because everything I heard when I called NACA seemed far fetched and impossible, but here we are almost 2 years later and I’m a home owner. I was able to give my children their own rooms. It only took a few months and a lot of paperwork for me to get a $267 mortgage on a 3 bedroom home and that includes taxes and insurance. I was able to get a new state of the art stove, fridge,  roof, water heater and furnace. Not to mention my down payment was under $150 and my interest is 3% . My family has a place to call home for an amazing price and rate and it wouldn’t have been possible without NACA. Thank you so much for the blessings you’ve bestowed on me and my children.
