This program has been an ABSOLUTE BLESSING!!  My wife and I were renting and looking to purchase a home that would allow our kids to stay in the same school district.  When we heard about the NACA program, We thought it was too good to be true.  We couldn’t believe how much the program was doing to make homeownership available!!  So, we went through the classes and followed the steps and sure enough it was TRUE!!  We were able to purchase a home with an outstanding interest rate; we were able to get a 15 year mortgage, and our monthly payment was 25% less than what we were paying in rent!  We thank God for the NACA program and have been telling of our friends about it.
