I am so excited about closing today. This has been such a huge dream for me and my family. I am going to be the first one in my family to owner home, my mom doesn’t even know I’m closing. And so this is supposed to be a surprise for her. I want to give a shout out to everyone at the NACA office that has been super helpful to me from Patricia, my mortgage counselor, Lorraine, who was able to help me meet all my unreasonable requirements for the kind of home that I want. And I am so excited that I was able to find something within my budget. And I didn’t have to do no down payment, no closing costs. Thank you so much NACA. I got the keys.
