Our experience overall has been great.  Understandably it takes time and depends on how organized you are.  Our process was sped up because we always provided what NACA needed quickly.  We really are thankful for all NACA employees and especially Joan Clarke my mortgage consultant.  It is the best program and I will recommend for anyone.  Thank you NACA.
