I had the pleasure to work with Alma Martinez as my consultant and Carlos as my agent.  NACA is a very great way to start buying your first house as it is in my case.  The NACA program I very helpful, but it does require a lot of patience and paperwork.  I want to thank NACA for going through this journey with my family and me, and I was able to finally purchase my first home.  I want to thank all their staff for helping me get my first home with no down payment.  I highly recommend families using the NACA program.
