I have had a great experience with NACA, not only did I purchase a great home at a great interest rate, I also became more aware of my spending habits.  I only have positive things to say about NACA and that is mainly due to my counselor Janice Donahue, my intake was in Atlanta and she continued to counsel me though she moved to North Carolina.  I closed on time with no issues or extensions. even though I had to renegotiate my contract.  I truly believe that Jan is the reason I have had such a great experience.  Continue to take care of your counselors and they will take care of your members.  Thank you for such a  great program.
