I had been interested in purchasing a home for about five years. I wouldn’t be able to purchase my dream home because the monthly payments would be too expensive. The NACA program with the lower interest rate and the no PMI allowed me to purchase my dream home. That was about $70,000 higher than what I would have normally been able to purchase a home for. I definitely recommend looking into the NACA program and shout out to Sebastian (Mortgage Counselor). He did a lot to help me.
