NACA is amazing!  NACA gave me the opportunity to become a homeowner.  I went to a workshop in June, gathered my documentation afterwards and had an appointment within two weeks of the workshop.  I met with Stephanie Ebron-Brown at the Raleigh location.  She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the process.  that day I got pre-qualified.  My real estate agent, Mr. Levell Exum, and I went out that week and looked at 13 homes.  Unfortunately, I did not find one I liked but I was determined.  So the next day one popped on the market,and I knew that was the home for me.  Within two hours of posting the home, we went to see it and placed an offer.  The next day I found out the seller accepted my offer and here I am today at the closing of my home!
