Woods – Triple Size

I started my housing process in Feb 2016.  I was able to put an offer down on the house in April 2016.  The seller gave $3000 for closing costs, which I was able to buy down my interest rate to 2.65%.  I closed on June 8th, 2016.  The process was long but it was worth it.  My advice would be to trust the process, and you will be closing on your house soon.
