I had a great homebuying experience.  My mortgage counselor, Ms. Sandra Green was always patient and essentially carried me through the entire process.  My realtor, Mrs. Rachel Combs is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and was very honest with every home we viewed about the good and bad of each home.  I never felt pressured into anything.  the staff here in the Augusta, GA location are very professional and my experience was very comfortable.  They handled everything and made the process also easier for me.
