Patience, dedication, follow-through and determination.  These are all of the characteristics you must have when going through the NACA process.  I had a great team that supported me throughout; everyone from Lydia @ the front desk, my mortgage counselor, and the NACA HAND Team.  i was given a referral for my home search.  the realtor that was recommended has been part of the process for 11 years and her assistance was invaluable.  I cannot express how amazing it is to say that I am now a homeowner all because NACA gave me the opportunity.  I have already started to share my testimony with my friends and family.
