My name is Angela. My closing day is today. My interest rate is 5.25%. I feel great.  It’s been a long time coming. And I’m just so excited. I love the neighborhood.  I love that it’s pretty much modern. And it’s almost 1,600 square feet. It means a lot. There was no down payment, no closing costs or anything, no PMI. And I was able to use those funds to make my house a home. The best part for me was just getting started. It was smooth. It had no issues at all. My daughter, she loves it. She loves the home. She was one of the main supporters throughout this process.  She’s very excited. Give it a chance. It’s worth it in the end.
