We started with NACA over a year ago, and although the program was strict and had deadlines, a lot of paperwork and proof of savings it was very beneficial in the long run. The strict guidelines serve as a staple now that I use while budgeting for repairs, purchased and living comfortably in my new home. We would & have recommend NACA to anyone looking for a home, giving them the heads up that they must remain on track, patient and forthcoming while going through the process of obtaining the dream of home ownership. We love our home and have started a great legacy for my children.
