NACA is a good program for anyone needing guidance purchasing a home.  There are many benefits to the program, #1 being: the interest rate buydown.  It was worth saving and scraping.  I also liked how they worked the numbers and told me how much of a house we should buy and how much of a note we should look for.  It was a process but its all said and done now.  Woohoo!
