I must say, during the time it took me to close, I have developed some relationships with the staff of NACA’s Buffalo Office.  We learned to deal with all the obstacles together to ensure we reach the end goal.  I am so grateful for Bernard, Tammy, and Canessa.  They did a great job keeping me on track and explaining the process.  I have referred several people to NACA.  I always let them know the process can be stressful, but it is worth it in the end.
