Williams – Double Size
I started the NACA process in November of 2014. I went to a workshop for homeowners to actually go through another lending group. Once I went through this workshop, and after sitting and thinking about everything that NACA was offering, I went to a counseling session and from that point everything changed for me. I continued the NACA process and closed on my house in October of 2015. It was such a long time because I had personal things going on and had to get taken care of for NACA. It was the best choice I made for me and my family. At the time I closed on my house, my interest rate was 3.625% and it was reduced to 2.625% by the buy-down process NACA offers for homeowners. My mortgage is lower than rent I have paid in the past or around the same amount. I do not have an outrageous mortgage payment which is very helpful for my family. I would and have recommended NACA to other people looking to buy a home.
