The NACA process was tedious; it seemed I would keep encountering another problem after taking care of an issue.  I give a lot of credit to my attorney, broker, and mortgage counselor who worked very hard in behalf of me to reach the finish line.  Overall, I believe NACA is good as it gives individuals an opportunity to become homeowners.  I would definitely recommend NACA to others in the future.  In addition, NACA is good to get one’s finances in order which is always a good thing even if buying a house was not involved.
