When we started the process we were really nervous because we weren’t sure what to expect.  The NACA counselor, Insan, was great telling us exactly what we needed to submit and when so that our file could be approved.  Once we started working with the mortgage consultant, Nelson, things went really quickly.  Nelson was awesome at looking at numbers for us to give us a mortgage that works.  We saw a ton of houses and Nelson was always available to give us our letters for the offers.  Everything was explained in full detail and we understood our responsibilities.  The closing was so easy! We are thankful and grateful to NACA for their help in our home buying process.  It’s awesome that such an organization exists.  Thank you! 🙂
