It wasn’t even really possible for us without the NACA program. We met with the traditional lender the day before our first counseling session, and they told us that we weren’t ready and… We needed to keep billing credit and open more lines of credit. We were told to go into more debt to be able to build our credit to buy a house, and then we met with NACA the next day, and we were approved four days later. And the credit score tested higher than it did the day before with the traditional lender, which was weird, but I’m in the 700s now, which is great. I think all the NACA staff that we had interactions with were fantastic. Morio was fantastic. He worked really hard for us and kept us in communication with everybody we needed to talk to, and he was awesome. Our families are very excited. Our children have seen it, and they’re very excited for their new rooms and the backyard and the park. Morio and our realtor, they’ve been the two best assets to this process. I would encourage anybody to go through the NACA process and see if it’s a good fit, because it has been so smooth, and let’s see, we did our workshop like not even six months ago, and we’re closing, so it’s been awesome.
