We started the process with NACA skeptical of the great benefits we were hearing but after our first meeting with our mortgage counselor, our minds were put at ease.  The Augusta staff were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process.  You have to stay organized and remember not to get frustrated because it is a long process but it is so worth it in the end.  We were able to secure a 3.37% interest rate.  Something we could have never gotten without NACA’s help.  We now pay $200 less a month on the same house we used to rent.  I can’t say enough good things about NACA and their Augusta office and staff.  We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
