This house is an incredible remodel with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, finish basement, and our primary bedroom with the exposed brick. My interest rate was 5.375%, purchase price $200,000, which makes the monthly payment $1,289 a month, which is absolutely incredible. I like to thank the NACA program in general, coming with less than a thousand dollars to closing guys, is an incredible feeling.
