I was referred to NACA by a close friend.  She had great things to say.  I started the process in January, honestly, you have to put in work for what you want.  I had friends who didn’t go through a program, closed on their home with high interest rates and huge down payments although they moved in quick.  i was willing to wait for a great deal!  Nicole Williams is God Send.  She has phenomenal patience and was always working diligently on my behalf.  Ms. Cook is friendly and helpful as well.  I closed on my home in 6 months, it was all worth it.
